Granite Memorial Warranty
We certify that all FUREVER MEMORIALS are made of the finest quality granite selected by our suppliers, and that our granite is free from defects that would render it unsuitable for memorial purposes.
All memorials are inspected by a qualified inspector and approved under exact quality standards.
We will replace – without charge – any granite that should crack, discolor or prove defective in any way attributable to the granite.
We further warrant that any replacement will be of a color and grade of granite as nearly identical as possible to the original. However, since granite is a natural stone, we cannot guarantee that the original color will always be available.
We are NOT responsible for any damages resulting from neglect or gross negligence, vandalism, acts of wars, unusual environments or atmospheric conditions, natural disasters. It is assumed that reasonable maintenance will be performed on this memorial.
Our Approval Process
Once an order has been placed for a FUREVER MEMORIAL, our artists will get started on a layout, also called a “Mock-Up” that will give a visual representation of how the engraving will look on granite.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure ALL of the information presented in the layout is accurate and that there are no grammar, typos, punctuation or spelling mistakes.
We are NOT responsible for any mistakes should they occur.
If any changes are required, they will be made free of charge by our artists and a revised layout will be sent for approval.
Once completely satisfied with the layout, the customer is required to “SIGN” and “APPROVE” the layout before the engraving process can begin.
Production of FUREVER MEMORIALS typically takes one to two weeks for all memorials in stock.
This timeframe begins once the layout has been approved by the customer.
If a memorial is NOT in stock, then we will have to Special Order it, which can take anywhere from 4 to 16 weeks to arrive from our International Granite Supplier. Once the memorial arrives, it will be given priority engraving.
All of our memorials sold on our website clearly indicates whether it is “In Stock” or if it requires a “Special Order”. In the unlikely event that a memorial is found to be out of stock, the customer will be notified and have the opportunity to receive a full refund if they do not wish to wait for the memorial to come in.
No Refund Policy
Given the permanent nature of this custom product – all memorial sales are final and no refunds are available.
Shipping & Handling
All memorials will be safely packaged and shipped using an insured carrier. In the unfortunate event that the memorial is damaged during shipping, the customer must let us know immediately upon receiving the shipment so that an insurance claim can be filed.
We kindly ask that the customer send us photographic evidence so that we can provide proof to the shipping carrier.
I understand that Furever Memorials may, at their discretion, send me emails containing additional and relevant pet memorial information such as blog posts and articles. Furever Memorials may also, periodically, send me marketing emails about relevant offers.
