Jean was very timely with responses and completing the order. Despite the original memorial piece we wanted was out of stock, the one we ended up getting was absolutely the highest of quality, with the design more beautiful than imagined.
I had originally feared of the delivery service possibly chipping it in transit, but it was packed very well and delivered properly. It’s currently winter so we haven’t had the opportunity to put her outside, but she is very beautiful both day and night.
