I absolutely love my heart memorial of my beloved Charlotte. I feel Mr. Jean Cote provides outstanding, personalized customer service and this makes all the difference. He was so gracious in satisfying my every wish with regards to the design. Charlotte’s portrait turned out absolutely beautiful just as she is. The quality of the image on the granite is amazing. I will be getting a second stone to add to her memorial which isn’t complete yet, and am sure will turn out just as beautiful. For now Charlotte’s heart is the centerpiece on my table. Thank you.
