We have received Alfie’s memorial and it is absolutely beautiful – thank you so much! It is just amazing and means so much to us, we can’t express just how grateful we are – it is perfect.

Our request was rather bespoke as Furever Memorials do not normally deliver to the UK (only Canada & the US) but Jean went out of his way to accommodate and ensure that he could create the perfect memorial for our beloved little Alfie.

We were devastated at the loss of our 16 year old Jack Russell, and had looked online to find somewhere that could create a fitting memorial stone for his favourite spot in the garden. We just couldn’t find anywhere that offered what we were looking for until we came across Jean and Furever Memorials.

From beginning to end the process was flawless, Jean was so kind and helpful in ensuring the design was just what we wanted and his skill and craftsmanship is astounding, absolutely second to none.

He truly understood how important this was to us and went out of his way to help. The memorial stone is beautiful, so well-crafted and detailed.

Alfie’s picture looks like a black and white photograph and truly captures his expression and personality.

The price was extremely reasonable considering the level of skill and craftsmanship involved. The Customer service and overall service was second to none.

Even though the product had several thousand miles to travel via courier and there is always that element of nervousness that there may be some damage in transit due to handling of the not insubstantial 55lb weight of the memorial during the journey, amazingly the stone arrived relatively unscathed. Jean had assured that he would protect the memorial appropriately and he really, really did.

The package itself arrived quite quickly but the outer packaging was quite damaged and torn- no doubt due to the due to the long journey and probable challenging handling, it had been retaped up on one side by the Couriers and was actually torn open on one corner so you could see the inner packaging.

I was a little worried when opening but Jean had packaged and protected the memorial so incredibly well that apart from some minor scuffing that was barely noticeable and wiped away- the memorial looked perfect and was everything we hoped for and more- truly exceeded all expectations.

The craftsmanship of the engraving is incredible.

It really is a work of art and we were quite emotional seeing such a beautiful, timeless memorial to our little Alfie- such a lovely way to commemorate his life.

We really cannot recommend Jean and Furever Memorials enough if you are seeking a way to commemorate the life of a beloved pet.

It is clear that this is more than just a business to Jean, his empathy and understanding made a difficult, sad situation that little bit easier and we are beyond grateful to him for creating such a beautiful memorial to such a loyal, loving little pup who spent 15 years in our family but left his mark forever.

My husband found this website after our dog passed away. He was googling memorials for pets and came upon this site. He looked over the site and then reached out to Jean for further information. Jean responded very quickly. We had a few questions about the process and Jean was very helpful.

Unfortunately, due to supply chain issues, there was no granite available at the time. About a month later, Jean reached out to let us know the stone was in. Once we submitted photos and our memorial words, the process went very fast.

Our stone arrived this week and to say we are happy is an understatement. The quality of the stone, the beautiful engraving, and the likeness to the photo of our sweet Apollo was absolutely incredible.

We plan to eventually create a spot in the yard for his memorial stone but for the winter, it’s staying inside on our hearth.
